Designed with help from Renault's engineers, the Bollore electric prototype was made by battery maker Batscap.
The BlueCar is a “a concept-car designed around a battery,” according to the company—a product designed to highlight the potential of the company’s lithium-ion battery technology.
After some attempts to find and industrial partner in the automtive industry, Bolloré has signed a joint venture with italian design firm Pininfarina to build the production ready version of the car.
