Aston Martin Dreadnought создан для одной из самых ожидаемых компьютерных игр этого года — Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4. Подробно рассказывать про саму игру мы здесь не будем, отметим лишь, что это многорежимный шутер от первого лица, он выйдет на игровых консолях PS5, Xbox Series X/S и Nintendo Switch 2. Будет и версия для ПК под управлением операционной системы Windows, но для запуска понадобится очень мощное «железо». Релиз игры ожидается в октябре этого года.
Dreadnought имеет откровенно «колючий» дизайн, в котором, однако, угадываются черты серийных автомобилей Aston Martin — современные и уже снятые с производства. Бамперов у внедорожника нет, а есть панели с торчащими из них буксирными проушинами. Очень мускулистые колёсные арки лишь частично прикрывают огромные колёса, над которыми видны мощные сдвоенные амортизационные стойки, способные «переварить» любой удар. Над лобовым стеклом разместился острый козырёк светодиодной «люстры». Корма увенчана лихо вздёрнутым спойлером типа «утиный хвост» — он рифмуется с лезвиями «тёрки», установленными на месте заднего стекла.
Салон у Дредноута весьма лаконичный, как и положено военной технике, но не лишённый аристократических деталей — например, дверные ручки выполнены в виде кожаных хлястиков. На узенькой передней панели разместился многофункциональный экран со счётчиком поверженных противников, а за сплюснутым рулём находится «бинокль» со спидометром и тахометром. В салоне всего два ковшеобразных кресла, их разделяет углепластиковая консоль с торчащим из неё рычагом переключения передач.
Технические характеристики Дредноута не объявлены, заявлен только «зверски ревущий» двигатель V12. Полагаем, игроки Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 в любом случае будут довольны разгонной динамикой.

Dreadnought combines supercar levels of performance, advanced armour technologies and adaptive combat zone intelligence systems into a single, striking form, where every element has been imagined for elite tactical performance: from its optimised aerodynamics to its fully integrated digital command interfaces. Exquisite design details emphasise Dreadnought's high luxury heritage: from the herringbone weave of the exterior carbon fibre to the Oxford Tan leather dashboard and door panel details, and the metallic gold gear lever. These are uniquely contrasted in this digital creation with features rarely found in an Aston Martin such as military grade armour-plating.
The Dreadnought name naturally conjures up images of military might, too, as aside from its obvious dictionary definition "fear nothing", it also recalls the famous early 20th Century British warship, HMS Dreadnought, which was so revolutionary in terms of her armament and propulsion that she coined an entirely new class of warship, defining global naval military ambition in the early 1900s. So, including unique options like reserve fuel tanks and bespoke weapons storage seemed completely appropriate for the Aston Martin Dreadnought.
